This policy explains what information Shalev Cohen ("we", "us") collects when you use OffRole, why, who it's shared with, and what your rights are. It is part of the Terms of Use.

You have no legal obligation to give us information, but without some details you can't sign up or use some features. You provide information voluntarily and with your consent.
We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We won't send you marketing email without separate consent.
Once another user has seen or copied information, it's outside our control. Share only what you're comfortable having visible.
We share information, only as needed, with providers that process it for us:
We may also disclose information when required by law or court order, to protect someone's safety, to enforce the Terms of Use or defend against claims, and as part of a merger, sale or transfer of the Service. In that case the information stays protected under this policy.
Some of our providers store and process information on servers outside Israel, for example in the EU and the US. By using the Service you agree to this transfer. We choose providers that commit to an adequate level of data protection.
We keep information while your account is active and for as long as it's needed for the purposes it was collected for. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, photo, connections, blocks, the reports you filed, your chat messages and your notification subscriptions.
Some records may be kept for longer, such as participation in other people's meetups and records needed for security, dispute resolution or legal reasons. Backups are deleted on their normal cycle.
We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect information, such as encryption in transit, passwordless sign-in, access restrictions and separate layers of information. Still, no system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee that information won't be exposed through a breach, a fault or a third party's actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for harm caused by such an event.
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to run the Service: keeping you signed in, your interface language and display preferences. We have no third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Google may set its own cookies on maps, under its own privacy policy. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you, ask to correct information that is wrong, inaccurate or out of date, and ask for it to be deleted.
You can edit most details yourself on your profile and in Settings, where you can also turn off notifications. For anything else, write to primary@offrole.club. We'll handle your request within the time the law sets, and we may ask you to verify your identity first.
If you live in the EU, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, such as data portability and objecting to processing, and you can also complain to your local supervisory authority.
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information about minors. If we find that we have, we'll delete it.
We may update this policy, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this page. We'll tell you about material changes in the Service or by email.
