Your use of the OffRole website and app (the "Service"), operated by Shalev Cohen (the "Operator", "we", "us"), is governed by these terms. If you don't agree to them, don't use the Service.

By accessing, signing up for or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The binding version is the one on this page, and the date of the last update appears at the top. If you keep using the Service after an update, you accept the updated version.
If the Hebrew and English versions conflict, the Hebrew version prevails.
The Service is for people aged 18 and over only. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the details you provide are true, accurate and your own.
We may suspend or block any account, at any time and at our sole discretion, without giving a reason.
You're responsible for keeping control of the email inbox you sign in with, and for everything done through your account.
OffRole is a technology platform only. It lets members post meetups and activities and join other members' meetups.
The Operator does not organize, produce, accompany, supervise or take part in any meetup, and is not a party to any agreement or arrangement between users. Each meetup is solely the responsibility of the host who created it and the participants who joined it.
We don't verify users' identity, background, qualifications or experience, or the accuracy of what they post, and we don't inspect the places where meetups happen. Approving an account is not an endorsement, guarantee or verification of any kind.
Ranks, event history, levels and descriptions are user-generated or calculated automatically. They say nothing about anyone's professionalism, reliability or safety.
Many meetups involve physical activity, such as running, cycling, swimming, surfing, hiking or climbing. These carry inherent risks, including injury, illness, damage to property and, in rare cases, more serious harm.
Whether to take part is your decision alone. Before every meetup, it's your responsibility to make sure that:
By taking part in a meetup you assume the risks involved. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any claim or demand against the Operator for bodily injury, property damage or any other harm suffered during a meetup, on the way to it or as a result of it.
Hosts agree to describe the activity, level and place fairly and accurately, and not to run any activity that requires a license, certified instruction or a permit they don't have. A host is not a guide or coach acting on behalf of the Operator.
At meetups you may meet people you don't know, so use reasonable caution. Meet in public places, tell someone close to you where you're going, don't share sensitive information too early, and trust your instincts.
The Operator is not responsible for how users behave, on the Service or off it. If you run into abusive or dangerous behavior, report it in the Service. In an emergency, call the police (100) or Magen David Adom (101) right away.
You may not use the Service to:
Breaking these rules may lead to content removal and to suspension or blocking of your account, without prior notice. This doesn't limit any other remedy available to us.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or write on the Service, including profile details, photos, meetups, chat messages and reports. You confirm that you have all the rights needed to post it.
Your content stays yours. You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license, transferable to our service providers, to store, display, process and copy it as needed to run the Service and to show it to other users according to the Service's settings.
We have no duty to monitor content, but we may review, hide or delete any content at our discretion. The Operator is not responsible for content posted by users.
The Service relies on third-party services such as Google (maps and place search) and on hosting and email providers. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms, and the Operator is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or operation.
Locations, maps, routes and distance estimates may be inaccurate, and a meetup's approximate location is shifted on purpose. It's your responsibility to confirm the meeting point and how to get there.
The Service is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any representation or warranty, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose, availability, continuity, accuracy, security or freedom from errors and viruses.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We won't be liable for any resulting harm, including loss of data.
Email messages, notifications and reminders are a convenience only, and you shouldn't rely on them. The Operator is not responsible if they're not sent, arrive late or contain wrong information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator, its owners, employees and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any damage, whether direct or indirect, consequential, special or incidental. This includes bodily injury, property damage, lost profits, lost data and emotional distress arising from use of or inability to use the Service, from any meetup or activity arranged through it, from any user's conduct or from any content posted on it.
If the Operator is nevertheless found liable, its total liability is limited to ILS 100.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
You agree to indemnify the Operator and anyone acting on its behalf for any damage, loss, claim or expense (including legal fees) they incur because you breached these terms, because of content you posted, because of your conduct at a meetup, or because of any third-party claim related to your use of the Service.
All rights in the Service belong to the Operator, including its design, code, trademarks, the OffRole name and logo. This excludes content posted by users. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use any of them without written permission.
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask to delete your account, either in Settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or close any account at any time at our discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law, continue to apply.
These terms and your use of the Service are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter related to them.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, it will be interpreted as far as possible so that it is valid, and the remaining provisions stay in effect. Waiving or delaying the enforcement of a right does not waive it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a third party, including as part of a merger or sale.
