Send a request
The activity page explains what you’ll do, who it suits, when it happens, and how many spots remain. Your request goes to the host, who shapes a group that fits the activity.
When an activity is full
Join the waitlist if no spot is available. When one opens, the system and host can move a request forward; wait for explicit confirmation before showing up.
Approval and location details
Once approved, the relevant meetup details become available. Exact locations and sensitive details stay limited to approved participants.
Need to cancel?
Cancel through the activity page as early as possible so somebody on the waitlist can take your place.
